Hi, I’m Danielle — the heart behind BuyOrSellDanielle & Ry. Born and raised in Las Vegas, I bring over 15 years of lending experience and a background with the Clark County Assessor’s Office to every real estate transaction. Real estate isn’t just my profession; it’s my passion. I’m deeply committed to helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions — finding their dream home, negotiating contracts, and guiding them through every step of the process.
Rylee, a Belgian Malinois born in San Diego, proudly serves as the official mascot of BuyOrSellDanielle & Ry. She’s not just a companion — she’s the inspiration behind everything we do. Extremely intelligent and endlessly energetic, Rylee learns anything she’s shown — usually after just one try. Her favorite things include beach days, playing catch, frisbee, soccer, her automatic ball thrower, long walks, cuddling, and above all else… working. She’s at her best when she’s busy — give her a job, and she’s all in!

With an intimate knowledge of the Las Vegas market, I created BuyOrSellDanielle & Ry with a unique mission — to give back to both our community and animals through every real estate transaction. That’s why a portion of every commission goes toward supporting animal health, helping pets live longer, healthier lives with each home bought or sold.
